MTV Producers are already in hot water for instigating a fight between Spencer Pratt and his sister Stephanie’s ex Cameron but according to rumors, that didn’t stop them from trying to stir up drama on “The City.” Apparently the Producers wanted to stage a physical fight between Whitney & Olivia but both girls threatened to walk from the series.
