Talk show host, Tyra Banks, was honored by the Gay & Lesbian Alliance Against Defamation (GLAAD) this weekend with the “Excellence in Media Award.”

I am not surprised that Tyra (pictured above with Clay Aiken) was recognized for her efforts.  She devotes so many topics of her show to raising awareness about sexuality in all forms. She also had a transsexual contestant on her show “America’s Next Top Model”.
